Jo Ellen Smith Living Center became a member of the community in 1986 and is conveniently located on the Westbank, just five minutes from the Central Business District (CBD). The facility is staffed by members of the local community, including a highly skilled team of certified nursing assistants. Jo Ellen Smith Living Center is a professionally managed, long-term care facility that is Medicare/Medicaid certified. The facility is also a member of the Louisiana Nursing Home Association and a member of the Better Business Bureau.
